Key Responsibilities: •⁠ Search, input, factcheck data of education institutions for website data base •⁠ Conduct e-filing tasks efficiently and systematically •⁠ Execute data entry responsibilities accurately •⁠ Input and update content on the website •⁠ Fulfill any additional tasks as delegated •⁠ Provide administrative and clerical support within the office environment Requirements: •⁠ High school diploma or above; relevant work experience for 1 year is preferred. •⁠ Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint). •⁠ Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. •⁠ Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player. •⁠ Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. •⁠ Oversea study/ working experiences would be an advantage. •⁠ Expected to attend at least 3-4 days per week.
